We are very excited to announce a new addition to our general surgery team. Karen Johnson Brunkhorst, MD will be joining the team at General Surgery Associates in early April.
Dr. Brunkhorst completed her BS at Birmingham-Southern College in Birmingham, AL and received her MD from the University of Alabama School of Medicine, in Birmingham. Dr. Brunkhorst completed her residency at University of Louisville.
Dr. Brunkhorst is a member of the American Medical Association, the American College of Surgeons, and the American Society of Breast Surgeons.
