Public Drive-Thru Flu Vaccine Clinic

October 2 @ 3:00 pm

Offered by the Harrison County Health Department & Harrison County Hospital

Now for ages 5 & Up! Children 18 years of age and younger must be accompanied by parent/guardian.

Tuesday, October 2, 3:00 pm – 6:00 pm
Harrison County Fairgrounds
$20 vaccine for those 5-64 years of age
$45 high dose vaccine for those 65 years of age and older

The vaccine offered will be a quadrivalent vaccine, which is designed to protect against four different flu viruses.
(Cash, Check or Traditional Medicare Cards only will be accepted. Medicare card must be presented.)

Vehicles should access the clinic by entering the Harrison County Fairgrounds through the Main Entrance off Capitol Avenue. Nurses administering the
vaccine will be available on both sides of the car for the convenience of drivers and passengers. Those receiving the vaccine should wear sleeveless or short-sleeve shirt.

Diabetes Self-Management Class

This class covers information on diabetes management, including: the definition of diabetes, standards of care, nutrition, individual meal-planning, exercise, glucose monitoring, medications and foot care and prevention of complications related to diabetes and additional resources for diabetes support.
